It depends. For me language is not the measure of someone's level of intelligence. I want him to become fluent in the English language for him to communicate well with others and to establish or gain his confidence. Alongside of it, I also want him to be fluent in our own dialect and in filipino language for the reason of preserving our dialect and for him to develop his communication skills in any field.
