First menses after 1month postpartum

Hi! Just got my first menses after days ago. But the blood flow is heavy had to change pad every 3hrs. Had to double or triple my pad. Is it normal? Search at google it say lochia No big blood clot just normal small clots. Should i be worry? First time mummy here.
