Any one of you suffer from acne/ some occasional pimples during pregnancy?

Any good or suitable pimple gel for pregnant woman? I used to have occasional pimple and oily face before pregnancy though , had been using adapalene gel but now have to stop because is not for used during pregnancy, wonder any of you have similar problems or any recommendations?

I am using lightning grease by lush. So far it works like magic to me. Had a acne cyst right on my eyelid for 1 month and now it is much smaller although its not gone..

I use 1. Ordinary niacinamide 10% 2. Ordinary Azelaic acid suspension

U can try body shop tea tree oil
