39W4D @1CM, no signs of labor

Good Day mga momsh! Any suggestions po paano mas mapabilis magdilate ang cervix FTM here, currently at 39W3D stuck po at 3cm. Nagwalking na po ako 1hr/day, Pineapple Juice, Evening Primrose 3x a day (direct insert) and squatting 🥺Thank you po!🙏 #39W4D@1cm

Aww thank you maam for the sharing medyo nabuhayan po ako hehe💛 nakakafrustrate n kc every 3 days IE puro 1cm at mataas cervix ayaw mag open, 1st baby ko po , ayaw nmn mag admit ng hospital if wala nmn complications or hnd daw po repeat CS... Kaya nga mam pray natin na before mag 42 weeks naka labas na babies natin 💛💛
