Hi. My 11month old boy has fever and has been cranky and clingy.what can I do to calm him down?

i switched on teletubbies, sing songs for him or make funny faces to get him to laugh. Very heartbreaking to see them in pain but we do our best to try to make them feel comfortable. Medications for babies also limited, too much also not good. Can give him pushpop or smtg cold if he has sore throat? They loves chocolate too cos my son love to eat chocolate even when he's sick. And most importantly, i try to say yes to everything lol
