Extreme dryness skin (face) after delivery.

Hi, gave birth on may and i realised my skin has been extremely dry, face mainly. Use more moisturizer but doesnt seems to work. Not sure if its the effects of epidural or just hormones changes. Anyone else facing the same thing and what did you do to help with the dryness?
