Sakin po dati hindi naman. Iwasan po matulog na naka tihaya. left or right side po and pa check po kayo kasi ok lng yung sakit na 1-2 minutes and nawawala agad but pag everyday baka need mo mag vitamins

hala same. ako po everyday. ung feeling na parang puputok yung feeling . parang banat na banat pero mawawala pag hinihiga. 😔
