Dueing next month

Ftm here, dueing soon next month. Kinda nervous/scared.. On/off thinking about things like pain/contraction/tear/cut/hours of labour/halfway emergency c-sect/to use or not to use epidural 😣 FTM how are your experience? Did any FTM did not experience tearing at all or episiotomy being perform?
