FTM 8 weeks. I feel like my chest is growing wider and my bra feels alot tighter. Sometimes I feel like I can't breathe even though i have changed into a wider bra band and clasping the last buckle.
I'm generally bigger chested (E cup) which makes it difficult to buy bras. I sized up for my bra band not long ago but its starting to feel restrictive again, so idk if its because of the wired bra or if I need to size up the band again.
Is it recommended to change to non wired bra or sports bra to help cope it? (But im worried about the support)
