Food that we miss!

Fries, milktea, ice cream, cakes, donuts, sashimi, ramen, pasta, kimchi, tteokboki, spicy foods, coffee, iced coffee, softdrinks, milkshake, junkfoods, popcorn... hay mga food na namimiss ko hihihihi bawal muna pra kay baby. kayo mga momsh ano food n naminiss nio?? ?☺️? ??????????????????

may caffeine content po kasi ang milk tea

dinuguan na luto ng tatay ko!! di ako nanubuhay ng isang linggo na wala ko kain nyan nung di pa ko buntis hahaha di bale konting tiis na lang..

Spag, lasagna, Ice cream, cheesecake, kakanin, kanin na puti, pancit, coffee, coffee jelly. 😍 dami kasi bawal may GDM. Tiis tiis para kay baby.

Pwede mo nmn kainin ung iba jan wag lang ung raw foods. Basta after eating and drinking, uminom k den ng mdming water pra mailabs mo.

Softdrinks and raw fish lang talaga iniiwasan ko ngayon. Yung iba kinakain ko pero in moderation, and lots of water after.

kahit papano nakaka tikim pa ko ng coke, coffee yung decaf, cakes, milktea less sugar & junk food pero very minimal lang.

Why po bawal? Kumakain po ako halos lahat except lang sa mga hilaw tska korean foods. Pero di naman lagi occasionally lang.

pag po high in sugar, high in sodium, caffeine, and foods na no nutritional values, mdaming preservatives, bad po sa health ni baby monsh

coffee... may nagregalo sakin ng coffee.. tinatago tago ko kasi excited na ako magcoffee paglabas ni baby🤣

Sa akin naman, halos walang bawal, maliban sa mga hilaw na foods heheh. All in moderation lang okay naman :)

Luh parang tanga labat bawal eh di ano kakainin? Eh lahat yan kinakain ko ngayon hahaha spicy foods lalo na..
