Yes of course! This is very normal and common. Roll over to your side, use your arm to push yourself up from the bed slowly to sitting position. Give yourself a few seconds before standing up. Sometimes I stand up too fast i felt like I hurt my pelvic muscle.
don't use your core muscles or stomach to pull yourself up. roll over to your side and push your upper body up while putting your legs down to the floor. It should be easier to get up. I'm 34 weeks and my baby quite heavy and big so this method works for me
im 33 weeks now. i usually put my legs half down then push myself up from the side. not too difficult i think
