Baby is growing at 7w6D but suddenly no heartbeat detect. Is there still chance?

#firsttimemom #pleasehelp baby double the size as compared to 8 days ago, but gynae cannot detect his heartbeat, what is that mean? Any mommy experience that and is the heartbeat ever come back?
