#firsttimemom i’m currently 17 weeks and i’m wondering if other mummies out there have a diet plan or a diet they stick to? (i’m just afraid i don’t get enough nutrition for myself and the baby) do y’all have a diet plan and if so, how do you plan? 😬
I didn’t have any diet plan until I was diagnose with GDM.. before that I just eat whatever I want in moderation .. if you are eating enough veggies fruits and protein , you should be fine otherwise you can consider maternity milk as well though …
