yesss! u mean real food and not mashed? as long as the food serve is very soft po ung pwedeng madurog using your fingers. make sure din that the cut/size of the veggies is big enough to avoid choking. sa blw ang size nya is 2 fingers wide and long para may sapat na space na hhawakan ni baby. watch ka rin how to save a baby just incase ma choke. read more about blw if u want to pursue it.
