Me ! 😭 always heard that breastfeeding will aid in weight loss but I don’t seem to get to enjoy this privilege 🥴😂

I did both >< but more to pumping when I returned to work … realised I gain more when I pumped exclusively. I also don’t feel like I eat a lot more when I pump leh maybe just hormones 😭 you exclusive pumping ?
