How does breastfeeding work with confinement lady during first month?

As a first-time parent, I have heard that it is recommended for mummy to breastfeed and for baby to latch during the first few months. Can I check with experienced mummy out there on how this work during the night of the first month? We are getting a confinement lady to help, and I understand that one of her role is to feed the baby at night. Does the mummy need to wake up as well to breastfeed at night? Or does the confinement lady use the stored breast milk to feed the baby? #1stimemom #breastfeeding

i didnt have confinement lady so had to wake up and feed her. Dont intro the bottle to baby so earrly otherwise. baby will confuse with nipple and bottle. and later baby will refuse dirext latching

personal preference if u don't want bottle feed, u have to wake up even u don't mind bottle feed, u will still need to wake up every 2-3hrs for pumping πŸ˜…

I had confinement nanny. But i wake up to feed my baby in mid night.
