Mi try mo sa umaga papaya at oatmeal lang muna. No rice pag morning. Binago ko kasi ang diet ko dati rice ako every morning e natatae naman ako kaso nung nag 2nd tri ako nag simula ako mahirapan kaya nag try ako wag mag rice sa morning effective naman
25 weeks here.. same here 😅 nagiging worse na constipation ko now
yakult or cranberry juice mi yung healthy balanced para less sugar
could be due to iron supplement.
yakult kalang mhie effective ;)
