Belly cramp that last more than a day

This is my first pregnancy, currently gg to 19 weeks. Ive been having painful lower abdomain cramp, mainly on my left pelvic area all the way to below tummy/baby bump. And it has been 2 days. I tried taking paracetamol doesnt works. I doubt its round ligament pain, as i read that one only last few secs/mins and come and goes. #firstpreganancy
