Hi all, find it hard to drink plain water and eat food cos feeling body discomfort from all the hormonal changes. I also don't drink milk. Pls advice what food to increase appetite as worried that weight not gaining and vomitting due to nausea. #firsttimemom #pleasehelp #advicepls
