OP (sunny side up) position

hello fellow mummies! i’ve just gone for my week 37 gynae appt and was being told that bb was at an occiput posterior (aka sunny side up) position & was not told that bb was in this position on my prev appts.. this may cause labor to be more difficult and higher chance for ecsect.. i’m wondering if there are any fellow mummies out there who has experienced this too? and if there’s a chance for bb to turn and not stay in this position?
