Exercise 3mths PP?

Hi fellow moms, anyone started exercising 3months postpartum? I’m doing exclusively pumping 7 times a day. And I have a 3yo toddler. Some days I’m so tired but some days I feel energized. I wonder if exercising will make me feel more or less tired. Anyone started exercising which made them feel better, and what exercises did you do? I have a mild case of diastasis recti. #advicepls
