i am currently 36weeks and have been having heartburn throughout my pregnancy.. i did not take any medicine for it and i only realised what works for me when i was 34weeks.. i will eat my dinner at 6pm .. by 7pm strictly no food, just water .. and somehow eating apple slices after dinner helps, for me atleast.. i usually will be on the bed chilling after meals but i avoid that and it helps alot! i will take walks or have my bath or just do stuff around the house. and by 11pm, im ablw to sleep peacefully with little to no heartburn.. you can try!

But this alkaline water neutralised the acid also good for baby and aslo combats constipation. Also, avoid spicy food.

thank diana, hope this helps too for me.

Only gaviscon will help also drinking carbonated plain water seems to help me as i burp alot after drinking. Dont drink everyday though

Safe for us pregnant lady? I hope this really help me alot. Because cooling gel doesn't help much.

Eat more regular smaller meals. Avoid spicy and too acidic food for now.

Don’t eat spicy food and try to walk around after meal.
