Unable to take no pay leave or reduce hours

Feeling stuck, LO currently 3 weeks and want to extend my leave with NPL (which I was previously denied when I mentioned earlier when I joined the company in July), supervisor still declined approval of NPL. Also tried to ask to reduce working hours permanently but management also says no… can’t bear to leave LO at home… though my MIL is planning to help out but she’s also currently still working but able to wfh… only 3 weeks of ML and already feeling anxious about returning to work, is that normal? :/#firstmom
