1cm dilated. Any best way/food to consume to make dilation progress faster?

Hi experienced mommies! Anyone dealing with the same thing as me, i am at 36+4 today and having frequent braxtonhicks (Level of pain most of the time 7) but medical advice is to drag my pregnancy until full term (37 weeks). I am 1cm dilated now, what is the best way or best food to consume in order to make dilation progress faster as i am hoping to give birth on my next appt 37+4. I want to keep walking and moving around but sometimes my braxtonhicks are stopping me from doing so. #pleasehelp #firsttimemom
