don't do exercise coz i have a subchronic hemorrhage advice ng ob is rest at bawal maglakad ng maglakad.
hindi pa ako nag start mag excercise pag 7 months na ang baby ko aa tyan. mag start na ako.
It helps prepare muscles for labor n for me it also releases stress ions😉
Hindi ako allow mag exercise untill now kasi bedrest ako.
