Hello everyone pwde mo mag tanong dinaman po ba masama kay baby uminom ng kape? Uminom kasi aq kahapon ng mga 4:30pm ng kape tapos nagising aq ng alas 2am ng madaling araw hanggang 5:30 am di aq makatulog pati baby q sa tyan ok lang po ba kaya si baby?pls sana may sumagit worried aq kasi grabeng galaw nya🥹🥹31 weeks preggy here#askingpreggy
Naiintindihan ko po yung concern niyo, pero generally, ang caffeine intake habang buntis, especially in moderation, ay okay lang. Ang recommended limit ng caffeine sa buntis ay around 200mg per day, which is equivalent to about one cup of coffee. Kung ininom niyo po yung kape ng hapon, baka po na-apektohan lang ang inyong pagtulog, at possible na nakaramdam ng pagka-active si baby dahil sa caffeine. Wala po dapat it worry unless you’re drinking coffee frequently or in large amounts. If you’re feeling anxious or if the baby’s movements are really intense, I suggest consulting with your OB for peace of mind. Stay calm po, ok lang yan!

Ang baby po ay apektado lang kung sobrang taas ng caffeine intake, pero isang cup lang naman po usually ay okay lang. Kung 31 weeks na po kayo, okay pa naman yun, as long as hindi po kayo laging umiinom ng kape o sobra sa caffeine. Yung pagkakaroon ng active movements ng baby ay normal din, lalo na kung gising kayo. Pero kung may iba kayong nararamdaman, tulad ng cramps o hindi normal na paggalaw ng baby, it’s always best to consult with your OB para sure. Ingat po kayo!

Magbasa paHindi naman direktang masama ang uminom ng kape, pero mas maganda kung iwasan ito lalo na sa hapon o gabi, dahil maaaring makagambala ito sa iyong tulog at maging sanhi ng labis na galaw ng baby. Ang caffeine kasi ay maaaring makakaapekto sa sleep pattern mo at ng baby. Kung nag-aalala ka, mas mabuti na mag-consult ka sa OB para makatiyak na okay ang baby mo. 😊
