Help! Tips for side sleeping
Hi everyone! I am a back sleeper and am unable to sleep on my side (will turn naturally on my back when asleep). I know this is bad in the long run, any tips to force yourself to side sleep? Thanks in advance!

can start the habit slowly, don't force your body. I think it is also important that you can sleep well and get good quality sleep. Kiap bolster between legs and put another pillow behind your back helps. I tried to force myself to sleep on my side, ended up with hip pain and left ear got too much pressure and it was very painful.
