Prenatal Exercise Class
Entering into 2nd trimester and thinking of looking for a prenatal exercise instructor or class. Does anyone have a recommendation?
If you have been active and is a fit mum try balletbody or WeBarre. They have pre natal classes and works a lot on core which is good for back. I’m cheapo so I subscribe to alo moves app and workout from home. They have exercise like Pilates, yoga catering to Pre natal down to the various trimesters.Read more
