Hot Foot Soak

I had spicy food , and suddenly theres blood (like not much spotting) when im doing my BIG 2, went to hospital because worried for my baby as im still in early trimester. Baby is all ok heartbeat all is fine , and my doctor advise to avoid eating spicy food .
