I don’t drink alcohol in general and I’ll be worried if alcohol can affect the quality of breastmilk

I did have once a glass of wine but only breatfed a few hours later

I drank twice on my first trisemister. And that’s it.

For my baby’s health I abstained 100% from alcohol

Will never drink alcohol while breastfeeding
