Sleeping napping

Does your baby take more than an hour to fall asleep or nap at around week 8? Or sometimes even more, until the next feeding.

My baby’s the super alert kind. She rarely falls asleep naturally. Some babies like ours need our active participation in putting to sleep. Swaddling and patting (cup your hand, give firm pats about once/second) work quite well for 8 week old babies:) You can consider trying... if you can create this sleep association, it makes it easier for next time:)
