Zrytec D safe?

Zyrtec-R or if you check the actual medication content, cetirizine 10mg is safe. I have been taking cetirizine/zyrtec-r 10mg daily before pregnancy till I’m 16 weeks now, and will still continue because i have chronic allergies. Gynae has also confirmed it’s safe. So do check that it’s cetirizine 10mg if you wanna be safe.
