Does anyone that has infant who has RSV and how to cure him/her?

my boy was hospitalised for phlegm in lungs and diagnosed with RSV at 6 mtjs old. was put on nebuliser every 4 hours first 2 days, subsequently drop to 4 times a day then to 2 x a day..
