does anyone over 40 weeks. I really very nervous, and today 18042019 marks my 40 weeks pregnancy. I have mucles plug with bloody show and doc say it's only 1cm. ask me to wait. I don't know how to wait and wait for contractions..
Congrats... you’re going to be a mum soon. There’s nothing you can do now but wait patiently. After some time, your water bag will burst and you will feel sharp pain on your lower back. The pain will increase in frequency and getting very painful. Finally you’ll get the urge to go toilet. Y
