hi. you can find palmerhaus sleepsuit like the above picture in shopee. it has attached mitten and bootie. it will cost your approx $9 odd exclude shipping. and i definitely recommend this brand as the material is soft and comfortable for baby. bought it in a variety of colors for my 👶.

Like this brand too! The dual-zip helps in putting on and changing of diaper.
