Hi, does anyone know if gynae can issue hospitalization leave before maternity leave?

Any doc from Mount A is flexible with giving hl?

Can I ask for HL during first trimester and rest at home?

Yes the can. For both pregnancies, my gynae gave me HL to rest.

    May I know which gynae is it ? I’m having terrible morning sickness and was even under observation and had drips for hydration. Was give 4 days of HL after that. But when I went back for review and it was obvious that I am still not feeling good but my doc refuses to give HL. It’s a private gynae from TMC and it’s the same gynae that I consulted for my first born throughout from the beginning and I was a total different person back then and never ever needed leave. I was so disappointed. Thinking of changing gynae

    yes they can issue but you need to check company policy

    Yeap, I was with KKH pte, and the gynae was more flexible

      I think only private govt can give hl easily not the subsidy want. The subsidy want is really hard to get

      Can request from gynae at private hospital.
