Is this heat rash ?

Does anyone know how can i treat this on my 4 month old baby? White patches on the skin and skin is slightly rough and bumpy

Hi sis, im so sorry as i didnt check my inbox. Btw I went to polyclinic to check on it. Anw, the spot went off once my baby gets older. i hope your LO is okay!
