i'm usually eat Hup Seng Cream Crackers (not very healthy though and probably can't eat if you got GD) if i feel peckish in office. I also kept a tin of the lotus root powder (the seeds & nuts flavour) to "eat" as snack.

Almonds/cashew nuts? 🀣 blueberries? Ahahaha

Can have dried blueberries???is that healthy?
