Light headed and faint

Does anyone feels hungry but too nausea to eat? Too light headed to stand or even seat? Had low haemoglobin at 28weeks pregnant Am currently at 32 weeks pregnant and iron tablets don't seem to help. Are this signs of my iron dropping more or isit normal in 3rd trimester?

Third trimester nausea can happen for some pregnant women. It could also mean drop in your iron. Better to consult your gynae on how to relieve this. Or maybe try eating small meals, and drinking more water?
