It's good to have help, but it doesn't necessarily have to be a confinement nanny. For centuries, I believe relatives, other mothers and other older women in the community get together to help new mothers recover after delivering and to help her settle into motherhood (caring for baby, cooking, cleaning, etc) . That's why it takes a village 😊 it's definitely different now, but we have alternatives - mom/MIL, helper, husbands, service providers like confinement nannies or food delivery 👍
