Do you believe having a confinement nanny is necessary?

Yes, so I can recover fast and be able to fully take care of my baby. Newborn moms gets sick easily, how can I take care of my body and by baby if I'm doing all the hard work right after popping out the baby? If I'm sick, how can I take care of her? Sad because I don't have the money for extra help, nor do I have relatives near me to help
