hi there! I work with a dentist and for oral care, to be honest nothing changes. The only changes is to be more vigilant on cleaning your teeth and flossing regularly as pregnant hormones will cause the gums to be more swollen, bleeding and more sensitive to plaque/tar tar. psst; please use fluoride toothpaste as fluoride will strengthen the teeth against decay. Prevention is very important as to avoid all the major dental treatment during pregnancy. ✌🏻

Go for products that have no alcohol, Parabens, sls, triclosan or other nasties. Basically search for keywords like natural or organic on whichever shopping platform you use. For toothpaste, I would choose fluoride free during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Pre pregnancy and after breastfeeding you should switch back to fluoride.
