Did any of u experience post natal hair loss? My hair dropped that i wonder will i go bald one day! Did you use any hair tonic or Tcm to 'grow' back your hair?

I experienced serious postpartum hair loss and it was very emotional for me. I did see help from a homeopathic doctor and also used an ayurvedic hair oil made from fenugreek leaves. My hair started to grow back in about 10 months time. Although it is nowhere close to the pre-pregnancy thickness and shine, it is a decently thick mane again.
