Vaccination Related

Dear readers, my son is scheduled to get the 2nd vaccination on 15 Apr however today I contacted the local hospital where the authorities total that they have hold the vaccination till the further orders. I just want to know if it will cause any harmful effects if not provided within stipulated timeline.
