6 months poop

Dear mommies My 6 months old poops after every feeding. The texture is normal not loose or hard & it's yellow. Is this normal? Usually he poops once every 2 days. Now his butt is reddish and he cries when I wash it.😪

Mine usually once a day/once in 2 days.. maybe can check with paed? Perhaps diet

is it after any vaccination?

his 6th month vaccination was around late Dec. not sure if it only affect a week later 😪
