My daughter doesn't like to shower. Is this normal for 3 year olds?

Did she mention like don't wash her hair? Recently my 5 yo didn't want to shower. Because he said he just doesn't want to shower, after checking with the school, school faced no issue so i guess my child was just trying to push boundaries
