Constant loose stool, stomacheache & pooping

Currently in 35 weeks, and past few days/week ive been having daily stomachache, loose stool and always pooping. Anyone facing same issue in 3rd trim or weeks leading to edd ? Gynae prescribed charcoal pill but just want to know if anyone facing same thing too. #FTM
