26 weeks pregnancy

Currently diagnosed with gestional diabetes. I am chking my hypocount now.. from range from 8.6 to 8 4.i didn't want to take metformin. Now I am a bit worried.pls advice

If your pregnancy allows, try doing some manageable exercise even walking or swimming? Take less processed sugary foods and less carbs (but make sure you have enough for energy) and moderate amount of fruits as these convert to sugars too. And make sure you have your 8-10 glasses of water minimum per day! I find natural remedies / self help better than medication too!
