Cheese for baby

Hi, could you share your recipes for feeding cheese to a 9 month old baby? (If you feed cheese as is, how to prevent it from being a choking hazard?) What kind of cheese do you use? Thank you!

Hi Mama, I prefer to offer cheeses that are lower in salt. Maybe try mozzarella? Cut them into pieces that are easy for baby to manage.
