FTM here and very nervous about taking care of newborn

Confinement nanny will only be with us for 28 days. After which , hubby will go back work and I will be alone with newborn. I am very worried that I cannot handle the newborn and if she gets sick then how ? #pleasehelp #FTM #advicepls

you’ll adapt and mummy instincts will kick in if it happens. don’t worry for something that hasn’t happened! have a plan with your husband if baby falls sick, which PD to go to, if your husband needs to take leave.

Extend nanny if you’re not comfortable by end of month. Get support/ask for help from friends who’d experienced this before.
